TERMS OF SERVICE

₊˚ ‿︵୨୧ · · ♡ · · ୨୧‿︵ ˚₊

♡ By commissioning me, I will assume you have read and agreed to my ToS. First come, first serve!♡ Contact me on Instagram or Discord with a reference of your character(s) with your preferred pose. Make sure to have a very detailed description, or if you do have references, feel free to send as many as possible (strictly no AI).♡ I accept payment first before starting your commission once the price has been discussed in DMs (Paypal and Ko-fi only). I will send the sketch for confirmation if revisions are needed before the lineart process. Note: I do not give refunds, so please keep that in mind before deciding.♡ Minimal revisions are free, though there will be an additional fee for more complicated ones, especially during lineart process. This applies especially for detailed character designs, and in that case, said fee may increase. Price may also vary based on how many characters will be present in your commission.♡ Usually it takes around a week or more to finish your commission, depending on the kind of artwork (example: headshot, shoulder up, full body) and my commission queue. If there's a delay, I will make sure to let you know. However, feel free to ask for updates.♡ All my commissions are for personal use only, and making profit of the artworks is strictly prohibited. If you post and/or use it, please do credit me.♡ Commissions progresses will be posted on my Youtube channel (@maokousei) with the full in real life process, as well as the full speedpaint process.♡ For prices, please refer to my art gallery with all my examples in "Commissions" section.
